Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Our community utilizes Florida Power and Light for electricity, City of Palm Bay for water/sewer, and Spectrum/Charter for fire alarm and elevator lines. Residents are responsible for setting up utilities with these companies prior to move-in.

The following Cable/Internet providers are available at our community: We have a contract with Spectrum. Residents pay a $99 flat fee monthly that includes basic cable and high speed Internet. For more information, please contact the leasing office.

Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 4th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Our apartment homes do not come furnished, but we can refer you to CORT for furniture rentals.

Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.

Yes, ceiling fans are included in select apartment homes, located in each bedroom and living room comes equipped with a lighted , controlled by switches conveniently located on the wall. So, no jumping on the bed to change the speed or turn on/off the light. For information regarding apartment home features, please visit the Features & Amenities page.

Community Amenities

The parking options at our community include open parking, first come first serve; however, we do offer paid single car garage spaces  and EV charging options. There is an additional exterior parking space located right in front of the garage spaces and so the resident is able to take advantage of two for one parking! Additional fees may apply. Yes, our community offers a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and shared clubhouse spaces designed for relaxation and recreation. Please contact the leasing office for more information about our community amenities.
While our amenities are available to all residents, we do not have any areas which can be rented for private events.

Roommates & Occupancy

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Additional information regarding leasing an apartment with roommates is available within our leasing portal. For further details, please contact our leasing office team members.
The maximum number of occupants per apartment depends on floor plan; minors do not count. 2 for one-bedroom, 4 for two-bedroom, and 6 for three-bedroom. Our guest policy is 14-days max stay. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
